Use
All products may be used for personal and commercial use once a copy is licensed through purchasing said product through the website.

The personal or legal entity who purchases a product through Yazooy.com is actually licensing a copy of said product. This person has the right to use the licensed product for personal or commercial use, and to redistribut works created with the licensed product.

No additional royalty fee is necessary to use Yazooy.com products in commercial compositions and layouts such as advertisements, collages, and works of art.

The Person or entity who purchases a product through Yazooy.com is not allowed, however, to resell or include the licensed product within a collection in whole or in part without directly expressed written permission.

In most cases, if said products are requested for use in a for-profit collection, a small (5-10%) royalty fee on sales is required. In addition, it is prohibited for said product to be distributed as an element within a collection without directly expressed written permission. The Yazooy.com product author reserves discretion as to whether the fee may be waved or not*.

*Fees are often waved for those collections that will receive less than $200 in net sales.

Copyrights
The original files must not be redistributed to others, nor must it be sold separately or as a set without the directly expressed written permission of Yazooy.com and the artist responsible for the creation of the product licensed. All Copyrights are reserved by the artist responsible for the creation of Yazooy.com products.

The person or entity who licenses a product through Yazooy.com does not own a copyright to the product; The copyright is retained by the original author.

Authors of Yazooy.com Products do not retain copyrights to Artwork, Compositions, and Layouts created with the use of Yazooy.com licensed products. Licensees retain the rights to artwork, compositions, and layouts created with said licensed products. No fees are required to reproduce finished works created with appropriately licensed products.

In addition, no content within this site (Yazooy.com) may be redistributed, resold, or reproduced without prior directly expressed written permission. Permission may be obtained through email, and/or hand written notification.

Validity
If any portion of this documentation is found to be in breach of the law, only those portions found to be in breach may be waved. Those portions not found to be in breach of the law remains valid and in effect. If portions are found to be in breach of the law, all attempts within reason will be taken to keep the spirit of this document.

Agreement
Any and all transactions through this site (Yazooy.com) and related transactions with the authors of the products featured within this site are bound to the terms of this documentation. Completion of said transactions shall be considered agreement to the terms set forth within this document.
