All photoshop add-ons, photographs, photo objects, plugins, styles, shapes, fonts, and actions are downloaded directly off of the website through your account. Since they are downloaded through your account, there is no shipping involved. Remember to write down your account login information, and to check your email account for your reciept. Items are downloadable up to 30 times within a 30 day period.
If there is a problem downloading your order during this 30 day period, alternate links will be created for you to download the order. These alternate links will expire after 30 days of their creation.
Any Traditional Artwork ( drawings, paintings, Prints ), under the "Art & Prints" heading of the online store, are physical orders shipped via UPS, USPS, or Fedex by the artist(s). These products also have free shipping, but the shipping method choice is the artist's and it is the artist's obligation to notify you of the order status.
